THE DECISION ROOM - A Facilitated Group Decision Breakthrough for Leadership Teams
For successful leadership teams facing a real, high-stakes decision. You decide the fee after experiencing the value it creates.
Why this service exists
High performers don’t fear hard work. They fear wasted potential.
They fear:
– decisions made with 80% clarity when 95% was possible
– opportunities overlooked because no one saw the angle
– moving fast in the wrong direction
– people talking confidently, but thinking narrowly
– decisions that “felt right” but weren’t fully examined
– the hidden bias that derails an otherwise sound call
– the moment when speed stops being an advantage and becomes a risk
Your team is smart, experienced, maybe even decisive.
You’re already strong performers.
The Decision Room It’s here to unlock depth. Precision. Range. Perspective. Discipline.
The qualities that separate good decisions from exceptional ones.
🔥What the Decision Room solves
If any of these feel familiar, this service was built for you:
“We keep going in circles .”
“We move fast but sometimes too fast.”
“We make decisions, but I’m not always convinced we made the best one possible.”
“Our conversations are sharp, but our assumptions go unchallenged.”
“We leave the meeting unsure if we actually agreed on the same thing.”
“Some people dominate. Others shut down.”
“Our assumptions never get challenged . We jump straight to solutions.”
“We’re fast individually but slow as a team.”
“We end with ‘let’s think more’ instead of clarity.”
You’re not alone.
This happens even in the best boardrooms.

Why You Can’t Achieve This Alone (Even If You’re Brilliant)
To do what I do inside a meeting, you would need to master:
✅ how your mind filters reality under pressure
✅ your team’s unconscious thinking patterns
✅ how language shapes perception and meaning
✅ the mechanics of quantum linguistics: how a single question can change the logic of a whole discussion
✅ the ability to hear assumptions inside statements
✅ how group dynamics shift reasoning and confidence
These skills are trainable but you don’t have time to go through a training cycle in the middle of a strategic decision.
My role is simple:
I amplify your expertise by unlocking the collective intelligence in the room.
I read the mindsets in the room.
I decode the narratives beneath the arguments.
I spot the blind spots behind the words.
And I ask surgically crafted questions that expand your thinking: I help you use your own intelligence at a much higher level.

Where This Service Makes the Biggest Difference
These are the real situations where The Decision Room elevates the quality, clarity and precision of decisions across boards, investment committees, risk committees, budget meetings, strategy groups, and any leadership team facing complex choices.
✅ 1. Investment, Risk or Allocation Decisions
When judgment needs to be fast and bias-proof:
hidden assumptions become visible, risk perception becomes clearer, and estimates become more accurate — without slowing momentum.
✅ 2. Strategic Choices With Multiple Possible Directions
When the team sees many angles but can’t determine the best path:
the process reveals what matters most, what’s noise, and which option has the strongest strategic spine.
✅ 3. When a Decision Keeps Returning to the Agenda
Circular conversations, déjà-vu debates, recurring concerns —
the session breaks the loop by exposing what was missing, misunderstood, or unspoken the first time.
✅ 4. High-Stakes Meetings With Cognitive or Emotional Pressure
When pressure is high and confidence runs ahead of clarity:
the group gains a neutral container to think sharply, challenge assumptions safely, and keep the decision aligned with long-term consequences.
✅ 5. Complex Problem-Solving Moments
When the issue is not disagreement but complexity:
the team gains structure, perspective shifts, and the ability to zoom in/out until the real levers become obvious.
✅ 6. Situations Where Options Seem Limited or “Already Decided”
Fast, decisive teams often see the first good option — but not the best one.
The Decision Room™ expands the option space without losing speed, revealing paths no one had articulated yet.
✅ 7. Cross-Functional Discussions With Different Expertise, KPIs or Risk Appetite
Not conflict — cognitive diversity.
The process harmonizes different interpretations of data, ensuring the final decision reflects the full intelligence in the room.
✅ 8. Decisions With Significant Downstream Impact
Organizational structure, hires, pricing, partnerships, expansion, product direction —
the session strengthens the rationale, improves accuracy, and prevents costly blind spots.
✅ 9. Moments When You Need Precision, Not Just Consensus
Whether estimating effort, forecasting outcomes, evaluating risks or selecting priorities,
the facilitation increases estimate precision, exposes anchors, and calibrates confidence.

📍 How The Decision Room Works
Pre-qualification: a 30-minute conversation to meet and understand the decision you’re facing & assess whether this is the right moment and format. This call is a fit and readiness filter — for both of us.
STEP 1 — Objective setting
We define the purpose, constraints, risks, success criteria,.
STEP 2 — Pre-Meeting Insight Scan
You provide your meeting pack, agenda to allow me to grasp the context. ,
STEP 3 — Short 1:1 Conversations With Each Participant
A snap interview to allow me to map subconscious thinking patterns.
These conversations help me understand:
how each person naturally thinks
what they focus on
what they avoid
how they interpret information
pressure points, blind spots, tensions.
This allows me to guide the meeting in a way that stretches perceptions.
STEP 4 — The Decision Room (up to 5 hours)
I facilitate the discussion in a real meeting of your team so that your team:

✅ reduces bias-driven choices
✅ aligns faster and more confidently
During the meeting, I facilitate the thinking process using tools designed to:
✅ reveal blind spots without creating defensiveness
✅ help people zoom out to the big picture when they get stuck in details
✅ help them zoom into specifics when the conversation gets too abstract
✅ challenge assumptions safely
✅ bring hidden concerns to the surface

✅ prevent circular discussions
✅ give structure to disagreement
✅ help the team turn complexity into clarity
Your expertise stays the foundation. My role is to ask the questions that leverage it.

👩🏫 Meet Your Trainer
I’m Raluca Filip — CFA Charterholder, former Portfolio Manager and Risk Officer and now a Decision-Making Coach specialized in financial judgment under pressure.
Throughout my 17-year career in finance, I prided myself on being fast, structured, and decisive. I managed €50M+ fixed income portfolios, oversaw group-level risk for over €1B in assets, and worked closely with investment committees and boards. I built my success on logic, performance and sound judgment.
For most of my career, I wore decisiveness like a badge of honor. I was proud of being the person who moved fast, made the call, and took ownership. I trusted my logic, my preparation, and my instinct. And from the outside, that looked like strength. It was strength — but it wasn’t the whole picture.
What I didn’t see for a long time was how that same decisiveness sometimes made me overlook something critical: how my decisions impacted others. I rarely slowed down to invite input from those who would carry out the plans I helped shape. I grew frustrated with people I labeled as “too slow” or “too emotional.” I found it hard to collaborate with those I saw as unrealistic or hesitant — when in truth, they were processing risk and uncertainty differently.
That shift came after a six-year journey of research and training in the psychology of decision-making — from behavioral finance and emotional intelligence to deep work in subconscious patterns and hypnosis.
My turning point came when I began studying the psychology behind decision-making: behavioral finance, emotional intelligence, subconscious patterns, hypnotic language structures, and the mechanics of how people interpret meaning differently.
That was when I understood: In any decision-making group, the real challenge isn’t competence, it’s perception.
People don’t disagree because they don’t know enough. They disagree because they don’t see the same thing.
Once I saw that, everything changed, including how I facilitated decisions, how I collaborated, and how I helped others think more clearly under pressure.

Why I Created The Decision Room
Most leaders don’t need more advice.
They don’t need more theories.
They want:
✅ sharper collective intelligence
✅ clearer reasoning
✅ more options visible
✅ fewer blind spots
✅ better estimates and risk judgments
✅ faster alignment
✅ stronger decisions that stand the test of time
The Decision Room is my way of giving teams access to those capabilities immediately, without needing to learn them first.
Inside your meeting, I act as a clarity catalyst.
-
I read the thinking patterns in the room.
-
I decode the narratives under the arguments.
-
I spot bias forming in real time.
-
And I ask the kind of questions that expand your team’s perspective, sharpen reasoning, and reveal options no one had articulated yet.
You bring the expertise.
I help you use it at its highest level, under pressure, in real time.
