Vision. Mission. Ambition

These words are all powerful as long as you really understand the difference between them and you achieve unity within the company on what their meaning is for your organisation.


In a nutshell:

Ambition - is about the position you aim for your company

Vision - is about the changes you want to see in the world.

Mission - is about your contribution towards that vision. How can your company contribute towards that vision?


Has your company defined these properly? Do all team members know about them?
